Domestic Water, Sewer, Trash Service, Association Management, Grounds/Common Area Maintenance, Exterior Building Insurance & Maintenance are included in the monthly assessment fees. Windows, doors, patio and individual air conditioner compressor are the individual owner's responsibility. The swimming pool will not be in use. The Community is not FHA Approved.
